Our final exam consisted of two questions but we could only answer one. I spent an hour and 15 minutes on a two page response to the prompt and I'm rather proud of it.
This paper was a deep reading paper of a sonnet from a given list. I went with sonnet 12.
I chose to discuss Christianity (since I was Catholic at the time). Christianity is an important theme in literature, as evidenced by the number of works that either focus solely on Christianity or allude to it in some way. Choose one work from Anglo-Saxon, Middle English, Sixteenth Century, and Seventeenth Century and explore how the author uses Christianity in his/her work.
This final assignment was a critical analysis paper of my favorite book, Brave New World. The paper required that we wrote 3-5 pages and to provide 3 textual examples from our text.
